Delivery charges
are approximately £6 per bear (UK only - depends on weight) and are sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery.
European and Overseas
delivery prices are subject to the weight of the bear ordered. Prices can be quoted by e-mail.
Non EU countries
may incur duty charges. These are NOT included in the price of the bears.
We will aim to
dispatch your adopted bear within 48 hours subject to availability.
Parcels which weigh less
than 1.75kg will be sent with Royal Mail, parcels over this weight are sent with Parcelforce.

851747 to make an order over the phone. If you use a credit card, your order will ship immediately. If you pay by personal
cheque, your order will ship 5 business days after we receive your cheque.

Contact information including email address, telephone number, address, etc. which is provided by the
user is used solely for the purpose of completing the order. This includes information pertaining to gift recipients. Financial
information including credit card numbers, expiration dates, billing address is used solely to bill the customer for their
order.
